2025-26 FALL/WINTER SEASON DATES

Here is everything you need to know:

DAYS/TIMES 
Every Saturday from 8AM until 10PM. Schedules are usually based on earlier age groups in the morning with the older ages in the evening. 

AGES
U8 (2019) – U16(2010), Plus an Open Division (2009+)
Boys and Girls Divisions (subject to registration numbers)

TEAM REGISTRATION
Teams can have a game-day roster maximum of 12 players. We recommend a team of 7-9 committed players (2 lines plus a goalkeeper). If you have an 11v11 team (16-18 Players), please consider splitting them into 2 teams to ensure every player gets playing time. PLF will give one team a discounted rate if they register as two teams.

Teams must have a team kit with club logo and an assigned number. Each player’s eligibility will be verified. Teams not under a club will be registered under Waterloo County, for the purpose of player registration and jerseys.

Coaches will be required to attend a FUTSAL orientation prior to participating.

Individual players will be assigned to a team based on age group under Waterloo County Football Club.

COMPETITION
PLF follows FIFA FUTSAL LAWS OF THE GAME. Each season consists of 8 games + a playoff game. Preseason games are subject to availability.

Ultimately, we believe kids need to play and that competition is a great tool in developing their love for the game. Futsal is fun and creates a lot of opportunities for scoring and 1v1, 2v2, etc dribbling. It forces you to play quick, to have technical ability and to transition in an instant. For this and many reasons more Futsal develops players like nothing else. Make plans for your 2025-2026 season to add competition and fun with Premier League Futsal.
